Children and Young Person’s Stream
Over the six sessions, the children and young person’s streams focus on:
- Optimising energy and wellness – building healthy lifestyle behaviours such as exercise and socialising with a focus on sleep and eating habits
- Balanced and resilient thinking – managing stressful situations in a way that is consistent with your values and goals
- Problem solving – helping you face dilemmas and challenging situations with confidence
- Social and friendship skills – bringing out your best qualities and navigating friendship stresses such as teasing and disagreements

Parents’ Stream
Over the six sessions, the parents’ stream focuses on:
- Relationships and wellness for the whole family
- Self-awareness – understanding your own thought patterns and emotions as a parent and where these come from
- Managing emotional moments – engaging with your child in ways that foster connection rather than distance or distress
- Collaboration and support – organising the home environment and expectations in a way that increases collaboration and support
- Accountability – holding your child accountable and following through on expectations calmly, clearly, and consistently
- Guidance – helping your child navigate their social and academic world with confidence and purpose
